EXPERIENCE
Kevin Birardi brings more than 25 years of investigative experience from a major metropolitan police department in New York State, including extensive work in homicide investigations, multi-agency operations, and high-stakes interview settings. His background includes collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Drug Enforcement Administration, United States Secret Service, and the United States Department of Justice, as well as complex case management and comprehensive evidence development.
He is a certified Fire Investigator, former Special Deputy U.S. Marshal, and an Advanced Force Science Specialist. This training enhances his ability to assess behavior, evaluate credibility, and conduct neutral, fact-driven investigations.
In the private sector, Kevin has led internal investigations involving misconduct, harassment, and policy violations. His work is grounded in confidentiality, neutrality, and clear, defensible reporting that supports informed organizational decision-making.
